Are your products authentic?

Our products are ALL 100% authentic, original and unused. We don’t scour flea markets and ebay for our inventory. 

Where do you get your inventory from?

Our products come from designer brand headquarters, design houses and distributors. Sometimes we hold onto products for years before releasing them. This is our commitment to our passion!

 

Can I return an item that I have purchased?

All sales are FINAL. If you are unhappy with your purchase or there are any issues we can offer an exchange only. (Please see our RETURNS POLICY for more information.)

Can I add my prescription to a pair of glasses?

You can add your prescription to any eyewear/sunglasses frame of your choice. Just contact us prior to purchasing to set up an appointment. (Please see our Contact page for more information.)

How long will it take for my item to ship? 

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 days of being received and take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. Orders are shipped via FedEx and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.
